Wendy Castleman

Hi. I'm Wendy. 

As founder of Developeople UX, LLC,  I help executives who want to transform their organizations to be customer-focused and innovative. I help them find ways to empower their teams to deliver real value for customers, leading to business success. 

I do this by partnering on a strategy and helping identify and pull key levers to bring about shifts and gain momentum. My engagement with executives can take many forms, including research, coaching, consulting, facilitating, and teaching. 

I have unique skills and experience that help accomplish this: 

• 25+ years of experience in experience design, research, strategy, design, and leadership

• 20 years teaching facilitative leadership and design thinking in corporate and academic environments

• Author of the upcoming book Relentless Customer Focus

• Angel Investor and Business Coach for startups and intrapreneurial teams in larger organizations

• Certified Quantum Coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation

• A decade of experience helping lead the Intuit Design for Delight transformation, including over 5 years as the leader of the Intuit Innovation Catalysts

• Extensive research on the mechanisms for creating meaningful and enduring change

• PhD in cognitive and perceptual psychology from the University of Texas at Austin
